Exciting parking adventure in the freezing cold!

The location was marvelous, with an urban park located near the hotel. the room was really spacious, with bunk beds and complimentary water provided. We enjoyed our time there.

Very central location, perfect for exploring Andorra la Vella. Walking distance to a shopping area and the main shopping street. Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.

This hotel is a great choice for families looking for a central location to enjoy shopping, relaxation, and all the fun Andorra has to offer. It is just a 5-minute walk from Illa Carlemany, one of the largest shopping and entertainment complexes in Andorra, as well as the thermal center of Caldea. With everything at hand, this hotel offers a convenient and enjoyable stay for families exploring Andorra.

My children wanted to have a swimming pool at the hotel.

We already knew the hotel from other years. It has the advantage of family rooms and that's why we decided on it. rooms are big and ours, for 3 people, had two bathrooms and two sleeping areas. main beds are comfortable, bunk beds are less. staff is attentive, although less than on other occasions and could not solve the problem with the heating / air conditioning. breakfast was good in quantity, could be improved in quality and variety. It has a garage in the basement and is very comfortable, although it is somewhat small and width of the corridor is reduced and makes it difficult to manoeuvre, especially with today's cars which are usually large.

We had a problem with the heating. The day we arrived the room was at 28º, the heat was suffocating and we could not connect the air conditioning. The reception told us to close the radiators, but as it was winter we could not connect the air (centralized?) and also the sun was shining all day in our room (south orientation). We had to manage by opening the windows and even then it was still hot at night. In the shower the water was not at the same temperature, you went from warm to burning every few seconds, so the shower was not pleasant.

Fantastic penthouse apartment, very nice, comfortable, very well located, in the center. Equipped with top of the range appliances, very high heating but can be regulated. Perfect fireplace, and huge 70 inch living room TV. One of the bathrooms, with huge bathtub for two people. Private elevator that takes you directly to the apartment and to the parking for two cars. We were five people and very comfortable, as all the rooms are spacious. Coffee maker with coffee and tea, kitchen equipment and complete kitchenware. The pictures you see are just as the apartment is. The breakfast for 8 euros very complete, is free buffet. The receptionists at our arrival are very friendly at all times, good staff, and good cleaning. Comfortable beds, and total rest at night. I recommend it without any doubt.

We looked for a hair dryer in the apartment, but there was no one. The bathtub was not of hydromassage as it is advertised, that yes, very ample for two people, but normal bathtub. The shower was of hydromassage.

Clean rooms - great location close to Pal Arinsal ski slopes. The staff was polite and made an effort to answer our questions. The hotel restaurant offered tasty food at a reasonable price.

We had a really good stay in a nice and huge room with an ensuite for the children. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The location is ideal, close to bars, cafes, and a shopping area.

We had an amazing stay at a great value for our money. The room was spacious, with two bathrooms and a separate area for our kids. The location was perfect, just one block away from the main pedestrian street, and the staff was polite and helpful despite their limited English.

The food for breakfast lacked vegetables.

The room was neat and spotless, with a toilet, a couch, and 2 bathrooms. The location in the shopping area is magnificent and marvelous. There's a good restaurant within walking distance from the hotel.

The rooms were incredibly spacious and the heating was excellent. We had plenty of hot water in the large, modern bathroom. The price was very reasonable for our family of four.

welcoming staff, friendly services, and wonderful location next to the main shopping plaza, the historic center, and restaurants. nice breakfast, good choice of meals. private parking on site provided. everything perfect. perfect stay, as always.
